Prior to maturity, a young red wine can be quickly awakened by aerating, forcing a maximum exposure to air. This hand- blown Peugeot Aromium Aeration Set also comes with an aerator stand. The Peugeot Aromium Aeration Set features a very wide-bowled funnel with holes on either side of the tip to force the wine being poured through it onto the sides of the decanter. The Peugeot Aromium Aeration Set stands 9-1/2″ tall and has a 25-oz. capacity, suitable for a standard 750-mL bottle of wine.
